The deliveries

Delivery method

Any order placed (excluding public holidays) on the e-commerce site of the French brand one tee is dispatched within 6 days subject to validation of payment.

The delivery times indicated are indicative and correspond to those of the postal services.

For any purchase, a tracking number will be sent to you so that you can track your order.

We offer only one delivery method:

My order has not arrived

In the event of unsuccessful delivery of your order, please inform One Tee's customer service via our contact form or by email at info@onetee.fr.

At that time we will open an investigation with the services concerned. If your order is found, it will be returned as soon as possible. If it is not found, we will refund your order, provided that the delivery method chosen is "with signature".

Attention, if the non-delivery is due to a return by post following a wrong address or a repeated absence on your part, the reshipment of your order will be at your expense.

My order arrived damaged

The responsibility of the one tee brand cannot be engaged if the buyer has not issued a reservation to the delivery person during delivery. Therefore, remember to always check the content and status of your order in the presence of the carrier.

If you find that your order has been damaged, you must refuse the package and make a reservation on the delivery note. You then have 3 days to inform the customer service of the One Tee brand via our contact form or by email at info@onetee.fr

Product returns

If you no longer like the product you ordered or the size does not match. You have 14 days to return items that are not suitable for you.

Note however that the cost of returns will be at your expense and that all items on sale or subject to an exceptional promotion will be refunded.

Terms

We inform you that the clothes you return to the one tee brand must comply with a set of conditions detailed below. Returns that do not comply with these conditions will NOT be refunded by the one tee company.

Conditions :

The various labels (commercial and composition) of the returned garment must not have been detached.
The returned garment must be complete and in good condition.
The returned garment must not have been:
- worn or altered
- used, soiled or stained
- spoiled, damaged or deteriorated
- washed or scented.
The garment must be returned in its original packaging.
Shoe boxes should not be used as return packaging or taped.

Each return is subject to a systematic and careful verification of the condition of the returned garment. Any garment returned that does not comply with the conditions presented in this article will not be refunded NOR exchanged!

Make a return

If you have a customer account on our site, the return procedure is as follows:

Step 1: Make your return request directly online from the "order history and details" tab of your customer account

Step 2: Once your return request has been validated by us, print the product return form from the "item return" tab of your customer account.

Step 3: Reuse the shipping container to return the garment to us along with the delivery note and product return form

Once your package is ready, you can send it to the following address:

Upon receipt of your package and after having carried out the usual checks, we will send you an e-mail confirming the validation of your refund. We process returns Tuesday through Thursday. For a refund to be effective on your account, it takes 48 and 72 hours.

If the return is refused by one tee, the products will then be returned to the customer at his expense. Please refer to GTC for more details.
